Breathing in, I know that I am breathing in.
Breathing out, I know that I am breathing out.
I don’t need to make anything different. I acknowledge everything just as it is, in it’s perfect “is-ness”.
It is remarkable to be alive.
Each step is a miracle. With every step, I can create peace. With every breath, I can be love.
The flower has my smile.
Breathing in, I know that I am breathing in.
Breathing out, I know that I am breathing out.
I just read this silently then out loud: It is beautiful, simple, powerful! Many thanks for sharing.
Thank you so much for the kind words!

Lovely. Thank you for posting this as a reminder to us all that it’s the breath, the breath, the breath – and then……the breath!
Lovely words to live by………….”I don’t need to make anything different.”
It’s one of my life’s big challenges. Nothing needs to change 🙂
Dear WisconZen, Sometimes I wish that I could live as simply as you seem to suggest. But, my life requires so much more than breathing. But, for so many, it seems, they need just breathing.
As you will know by visiting my blog, I struggle daily with Spirit and His teachings. Simply breathing would be so much easier.
Simply beautiful words WisconZen! I love your Simple Mindfulness post. Thank you for liking my blog. You were the first to reach my blog. I just started my spiritual journey with my blog today. I plan to cover many topics with a spiritual angle. Also, I am originally from Wisconsin. The word ‘breathe’ resonated with me the past week. Many blessings to you. Sending you love and light to you and your family!
I am so excited for you to start down this path! I hope you experience so much peace!
I laughed out loud at your tag line. C’mon! Brilliant. Thank you for sharing you.
Beautiful! On can tell that you listen to everything breathing.
Just returned from my walk and “being the Is-ness”. Kind of, whatever that is, here you are, or I guess, here we are. Coolness!
